About the project
Layan Green Park is a green, low-rise resort community set among tropical gardens between Layan and Bang Tao on Phuket's west coast. The project is built to EDGE green-building standards with energy- and water-saving engineering, and is delivered fully turnkey — designer furniture, built-in kitchens and appliances included. Residences feature 2.7 m ceilings, SPC flooring and central hot-water supply. Phase 1 was delivered in 2024 and Phase 2 completes in 2026, with a professional managed-rental programme run on site by La Green Hotel & Residence.
